I am switching all my cuurent image submissions and prior submissions to follow - to my standard copyright symbol. I originally did this to separate my art from my commercial imagery. It is too much of a hassle and I have found my images pilfered - so the heck with it.....  Atomic Effect it is. Copyrighted work - period.

I have not been adding many images lately on DeviantArt, mainly because of the current submission release form. I will not go into specifics - as you can all read it yourselves - but the rights granted to dA AND anyone dA wants to sublicense ANY of the images placed here - especially when I am a paying member is beyond ridiculous. Part of it covers the standard "we can display it on this site". Fine. The rest, however, gives them roylay-free rights to basically do anything they want with the images. Very bad business - incredibly bad. They are obviously counting on members not reading the agreement or understanding it.......simply amazing

I have been away from dA for some time. The number of gallery shows has gotten extreme. I am certainly not going to complain - however the amount of my time taken by these invitations is in no way minor. I will be more active here for the time being, as my April shows are already ready, framed and ready to hang. Wow, it has been a long 2 or 3 months.......
